NCJAR Announces “Continuing Education Master Program” (CEMP)
NCJAR, through its real estate school “North Central Jersey School of Business (NCJSB) is proud to announce the establishment of our Continuing Education Master Program. This program encompasses all of the CE courses, both “core” and “elective” that members will need to fulfill the CE requirement, and presents them in classroom and online options.
For the first two-year cycle which began July 1, 2011, and ends April 30, 2013, the CE requirement is 12 hours.
There are seven “core” topic areas – Agency, Ethics, Disclosure, Fair Housing, Legal Issues, Real Estate License Statutes/Rules, and NJ & Federal Environmental Laws/Rules Pertinent to the Practice of Real Estate Brokerage. There are a variety of “elective” topics such as ABR, SFR, HAFA, BPOR, GREEN 100 & 200, e-PRO, Gen-Buy, Marketing Reboot, Property Management and more. Each of these courses will be assigned a specific number of hours for which credit will be given. You will be able to select from the core and elective courses to complete the 12 hours. Classroom instruction will be available beginning mid-October and our online option will be available beginning the end of November.
We are very excited to be able to offer our members the ability to complete all your CE requirements through NCJSB at our two locations, Morristown and Springfield, as well as online.
