Is the Seller the one who has instructed you, as listing agent, to not display their phone number for setting up appointments, or are you, the listing agent, making this a practice?
Effective May 1, 2014, all buyers of older properties(“pre-FIRM”) will see a premium rate reduction under the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014.
Instead of jumping to “full cost” for flood insurance, buyers will assume the seller’s Oct-2013 rate for a pre-FIRM property.
NAR prevailed upon FEMA to implement this provision seven months early.
REALTORS® Federal Credit Union Remote Deposit Promotion
Now through July 31, members of the REALTORS® Federal Credit Union, a division of Northwest Federal Credit Union, who download their mobile banking app and make a mobile deposit, will be entered for the chance to win $1,000. The public has finally grown used to talk of a real estate market in recovery. With prices going up, people are starting to wonder if a new bubble is forming. Most metropolitan markets are somewhere between recovery and normalization. Supply is still tight but improving in some areas. What housing really needs is further job and wage growth to support healthy demand levels fueled by new household formations.
