DESIGNATIONS
Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation
Global transactions are significantly different and more complex than domestic deals. The Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation prepares you to assist in all aspects of international business, from attracting foreign investors to your local community to serving as a multicultural client or helping local buyers invest abroad. Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation

NAR’s Green Designation: Green Day 1 | Green Day 2
GREEN Designees learn real estate concepts, principles, practices, and benefits related to resource-efficient homes. Information for this designation is provided from the ground-up in a way that makes sense to you and your clients. Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) Designation
The SRES® designation program trains REALTORS® to profitably and ethically serve the real estate needs of homebuyers and sellers ages 50+. At Home With Diversity (AHWD) Certification
The multicultural market is rapidly growing and changing. NAR®’s At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certification will teach you how to incorporate topics of fair housing, diversity, and inclusion into your business plan. Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification

Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification
Determining property values depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology and approaching the pricing assignment from various perspectives. Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) Certification
