NCJAR News

For members of NCJAR, it represents a wonderful opportunity to engage with the community, reflect on the year's achievements, and look forward to the spring season with optimism and enthusiasm. As real estate professionals, we understand the importance of community and the comfort of home, making Easter an especially meaningful time.
Easter is a perfect moment for NCJAR members to give back to the community we serve. Participating in or organizing Easter egg hunts, volunteering at local shelters, and sponsoring meals for the less fortunate are just a few ways we can make a difference. These activities not only help strengthen our community bonds but also offer us a chance to share the joy of the season with those around us

In March 1987, Congress established March as Women’s History Month, shining a spotlight on the rich tapestry of women's contributions, achievements, and enduring struggles throughout history. This month serves as a poignant reminder to celebrate the significant strides women have made in various spheres, including the critical realm of homeownership. Despite facing numerous obstacles, women, particularly those venturing into homeownership solo, are marking substantial progress in the housing market. However, it's crucial to acknowledge that gender disparities, especially for women of color, persist due to multifaceted discrimination. Tackling these inequalities head-on is essential for ensuring all women can achieve homeownership and the financial security it brings.
