On June 29, 2024, Metropolitan Baptist Church in Newark, NJ, was abuzz with excitement and hope as attendees gathered for the Free Housing Fair & Expo, hosted by NCJAR. The event was a resounding success, drawing in future and current homeowners, renters, and anyone interested in learning more about housing opportunities in New Jersey.
Highlights of the Event:
Workshops and Expert Panels - Attendees had the opportunity to participate in informative workshops and panel discussions, where they could ask questions and gain valuable insights from industry experts. Topics ranged from mortgage products and down payment assistance programs to resources for families at risk of foreclosure.
Lender Consultations - Visitors had the chance to talk directly with lenders about various mortgage products, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions about their home financing needs.
In Observance of the Holiday, NCJAR Board Offices Will Be Closed
North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NCJAR) board offices will be CLOSED on Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th in observance of the holiday.
Our offices will re-open at our regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM) on Monday, July 8th.
